Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado (see note)
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice
  • ½ cup evaporated milk sub: fresh milk (see note)
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk or sugar adjust according to your desired sweetness (see note)

Instructions

  • Halve the avocado lengthwise and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into small cubes or mash it with a fork.
  • Scoop out the flesh using a spoon and place them in a bowl.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes or crushed ice.
  • Add a generous drizzle of evaporated milk or depending on how milky you prefer.
  • Drizzle condensed milk or sprinkle sugar over the mixture to sweeten it to your taste. This recipe allows for flexibility, so feel free to customize the measurements and ingredients based on your personal preferences.

Notes

  • Avocado: Use ripe avocado, preferably Hass avocado, for a creamy texture and rich flavor. You can also try using other fruits like bananas or mangoes for a different twist.
  • Evaporated Milk: You can use different types of milk based on your preference or dietary needs, like fresh milk, coconut milk, or plant-based milk.
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk: It provides a thick and sweet consistency. You can also use another sweetener like honey, maple syrup, or sugar.
